Total Computer Technology is seeking a motivated person to start a career in IT. The Level 1 Service Desk Technician will provision PCs and provide 1st level PC, network and server support to external clients in a fast-paced MSP environment.

Successful candidates will have a passion for IT, knowledge of Microsoft OS, basic network troubleshooting, and a valid certificate or equivalent; driver's license may be required. Training is provided and growth opportunities exist across Australia.

Formación

• General interest in IT.
• Knowledge of Microsoft operating systems.
• Basic network troubleshooting skills.
• TAFE Certificate or MCSA or equivalent.
• Knowledge of peripherals and computer hardware.

Responsabilidades

• Provision PCs and provide 1st Level PC, network and server support to external clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and team members, delivering high levels of customer service.
