Job summary

OCU Group in Brisbane is seeking a Service Desk Analyst to be the first point of contact for day-to-day IT support across our Australian operations. You will set up new starters, configure accounts and licenses, and support Windows devices via Intune and Autopilot.

Exposure to Microsoft 365 and common collaboration tools is valued as you help rollout platforms and maintain security posture. This role offers hands-on support in a growing international group.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT helpdesk or ticketing systems.
• Exposure to Windows devices and Microsoft 365 is a bonus.
• A relevant IT certification or study towards one is ideal.

Responsibilities

• Be first point of contact for IT support across Brisbane office and sites.
• Set up new starters with AD/Entra ID, licensing and devices.
• Build, deploy and support Windows devices through Intune and Autopilot.
• Troubleshoot Microsoft 365 apps and keep devices patched.
• Support core business systems and roll out new platforms across the Group.
• Handle Teams, SharePoint and access requests, escalate when needed.
• Keep knowledge base up to date for faster future resolution.
• Look after everyday office tech from printers to meeting-room gear.
