Zusammenfassung

KBR Australia is seeking an experienced IT Service Delivery Manager to lead service delivery across Defence systems and applications. You will partner with Defence stakeholders, IT support agencies, and industry partners to ensure efficient, compliant service delivery and continuous improvement.

Reporting to the Program Manager, AM&C System Sustainment, you will drive governance, forecasting, and performance reporting while shaping strategic delivery initiatives within a Defence context.

Qualifikationen

• Experience leading IT service delivery and support in complex environments.
• Strong understanding of ITIL and service management frameworks.
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage vendors.
• Experience in project forecasting, governance, and reporting.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• NV1 Defence clearance (or higher) is required or attainable.

Aufgaben

• Build and maintain relationships with Defence customers and stakeholders to ensure service delivery meets expectations.
• Define, implement, and improve IT service delivery processes per ITIL and best practices.
• Lead and coach high-performing teams delivering critical IT services.
• Support project planning activities including scope, forecasting, budgeting, scheduling, and governance.
• Identify and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies affecting service delivery.
• Collaborate with strategy, engineering, and delivery teams on solution implementation.
• Drive continuous improvement in processes, performance, and service efficiency.
• Monitor SLAs and System Health Indicators to ensure operational excellence.
• Act as escalation point for incidents and service delivery issues and communicate with stakeholders.
