Job summary

KBR Australia is seeking a Manager IWP to lead service delivery excellence within a MSP environment, driving outcomes across Defence stakeholders, governance and financial performance. You will build and mentor multidisciplinary teams, translate client requirements into delivery plans, and foster continuous improvement across programs.

The role requires Baseline Defence Security Clearance or higher, strong commercial acumen, and proven ability to manage scope, schedule, cost and quality in

• Proven experience leading teams in managed services or complex client-facing projects.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills.
• Commercial acumen including cost management and contract awareness.

Responsibilities

• Lead service delivery excellence with accountability for scope, schedule, quality, cost and performance.
• Translate client requirements into executable delivery plans and coordinate delivery activities.
• Inspire, mentor and develop multidisciplinary teams to achieve outcomes.
• Build trusted client relationships across Defence, customer and stakeholder groups.
• Ensure governance, reporting and assurance practices meet contractual obligations.
• Drive continuous improvement and innovation across services.
