Job summary

Qualifications

• Relevant tertiary qualifications and/or equivalent professional experience.
• Demonstrated experience leading teams, managed services, operational delivery functions, or complex client-facing projects.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills.
• Proven ability to deliver outcomes across scope, schedule, cost, quality, governance, and compliance requirements.
• Commercial acumen including cost management, financial oversight, and contract awareness.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
• Experience within Defence, managed services, or other complex multi-stakeholder environments.
• Experience leading service transformation, optimisation, or continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead service delivery excellence across scope, schedule, quality, cost and performance.
• Monitor performance metrics and address risks, issues and improvements.
• Translate client requirements into delivery plans and coordinate resources.
• Develop multidisciplinary teams and foster accountability and collaboration.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships across Defence and stakeholders.
• Ensure governance, reporting and contractual compliance.
• Drive continuous improvement and service transformation.
