KBR in Australia is seeking a Supply Chain Management Officer to oversee Defence ICT assets lifecycle, including inventory management, asset reconciliation, and distribution. You will work with Defence stakeholders, OEMs and warehousing teams to ensure assets are accurately tracked and compliant.

Qualifications

• Defence-recognised Supply Chain Management qualifications.
• Experience with ERP and TAMIT.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Current NV1 Security Clearance.

Responsabilités

• Manage the codification, cataloguing, tracking, and disposal of Defence ICT assets.
• Maintain inventory accuracy across Defence asset management systems, including TAMIT and ERP platforms.
• Conduct periodic asset reconciliations against Configuration Management Databases (CMDB).
• Support routine maintenance activities, including equipment cleaning, charging, and preservation.
• Coordinate Electrical Integrity Testing (EIT) schedules and asset tagging requirements.
• Update CMDB and asset management systems while maintaining accurate records and reporting.
• Generate certificates and supporting documentation for securely disposed assets.
• Coordinate warehousing, packaging, transport, and distribution of ICT equipment through Defence and commercial supply networks.
• Support the movement of critical ICT equipment to Defence establishments, operational locations, exercises, and maritime platforms.
• Work closely with Defence customers and stakeholders to support new capabilities entering service and their ongoing sustainment.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance logistics, asset management, and mission outcomes
