KBR, Inc. is seeking a Supply Chain Management Officer in Canberra to coordinate logistics, asset management, and support for Defence ICT assets across Australia.

The role emphasizes accuracy, compliance, and stakeholder engagement to ensure timely delivery and sustainment of critical equipment. The ideal candidate will bring Defence SCM qualifications, experience with ERP/TAMIT, and a current NV1 security clearance, working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment on high-priority national

Qualificações

• Defence-recognised Supply Chain Management qualifications.
• Experience with ERP and TAMIT inventory systems.
• Strong organisational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Current NV1 Defence Security Clearance.

Responsabilidades

• Manage codification, cataloguing, tracking, and disposal of Defence ICT assets.
• Maintain inventory accuracy across Defence asset management systems (e.g., TAMIT, ERP).
• Conduct asset reconciliations against CMDBs.
• Coordinate warehousing, packaging, transport and distribution of ICT equipment.
• Support movement of ICT assets to Defence establishments and operations.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of logistics and asset management processes.
