Job summary

KBR Australia is seeking an experienced Project Manager for AM&C Sustainment within the Mission Integration unit. You will lead the delivery of a Defence capability, liaising with Defence stakeholders and multi-disciplinary teams to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

Ideal candidates will have NV1 clearance, strong governance experience, and a track record in complex program delivery within Defence or Defence Industry environments. This role requires site-based work in Australia.

Qualifications

• Must have NV1 Defence Security Clearance.
• Experience delivering complex defence programs and managing cross-functional teams.
• Ability to govern programs with multiple schedules and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain client relationships and ongoing projects.
• Create project plans with milestones, scope and budget.
• Identify risks and issues and develop mitigations.
• Coordinate with strategy and delivery teams for solution execution.
• Collaborate with engineering, procurement, operations and QA for seamless execution.
