Job summary

nib is undergoing a technology-led transformation and seeks a strategic leader to establish the first-line IT Risk & Controls capability within Technology & Transformation. You will own IT risk, craft robust control environments, and partner with cyber, risk and compliance leaders to safeguard the organisation while enabling innovation.

Reporting to the Group CTO, you will embed governance, drive assurance, and influence executive decision-making across technology BAU operations and change

Qualifications

Extensive leadership in technology risk and controls in complex digital environments.
Strong knowledge of cyber security, IT risk frameworks and enterprise risk management.
Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive governance improvements.

Responsibilities

Establish and lead first-line IT risk and controls across Technology & Transformation.
Embed risk ownership, maintain control environments, and assurance reporting.
Collaborate with risk, compliance and cyber leaders to identify and mitigate risks.
Provide practical risk guidance to executives on technology impacts.
