Job summary

nib, a leader in private health insurance and related services, seeks a Cybersecurity Analyst to embed security in project work, review designs, and oversee assurance activities. The role is second line, focusing on risk assessment and secure decision-making across initiatives.

You will coordinate internal teams and external partners, report on assurance status, and contribute to the maturity of nib’s ISMS and control frameworks.

Qualifications

• Three+ years in cybersecurity or technology risk.
• Ability to review designs and explain risk to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience with cloud security and secure development lifecycle practices.

Responsibilities

• Partner with project teams to document security requirements early.
• Coordinate security services including architecture review, pen testing, and supplier assurance.
• Provide independent cybersecurity risk oversight and reporting across programs.
• Support audits with evidence collection and interviews.
