Job summary

EBR Ever Better Recruitment is seeking a Recruitment Coordinator in Sydney to manage the full recruitment life cycle for multiple IT projects. You will partner with project managers, source IT talent and guide candidates through the process while supporting HR activities.

The role requires at least one year of IT recruitment experience, strong relationship-building skills, and meticulous attention to records and process. On-site role in Homebush with opportunities for progression.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources Management or related discipline.
• 1+ year IT recruitment experience.
• Ability to build excellent relationships with key managers across the business.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Project and Account Managers to recruit a wide range of roles for high profile clients.
• Engage with candidates, focusing on sourcing and managing IT professionals throughout the recruitment process.
• Coordinate with departments and states following policies; assist orientation, training, development and evaluation of personnel.
• Create and maintain personnel files ensuring records are accurate.
• Assist the HR Director with annual HR training and remuneration initiatives and employee benefits/engagement.
• Manage new starter processes including checks, offer documents and Welcome Packs; conduct orientation.
