Job summary

ASI Solutions is a trusted Australian technology partner seeking a Project Coordinator to drive end-to-end IT projects across infrastructure, cloud and security initiatives. You will coordinate engineers, vendors and client stakeholders to keep work progressing, while managing RAID, reporting and budgets.

You’ll communicate with leadership and teams, aiming for on-time delivery, within budget, and high-quality outcomes in a flexible, hybrid working environment.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating and delivering multiple projects in a project coordinator or similar role.
• Excellent time management, organisation and planning.
• Confidence managing internal and external stakeholders, including customers and vendors.
• Ability to drive and motivate a project team.
• Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding targets.
• Experience in a Managed Service Provider environment.
• An IT-related qualification, or equivalent practical experience.
• PMP, PRINCE2 or Agile (or interest in working towards these).

Responsibilities

• Deliver client-facing and internal projects end to end, from infrastructure deployments to cloud migrations, cybersecurity initiatives and service transitions.
• Get stuff done by coordinating engineers, vendors and client stakeholders so work keeps moving.
• Manage project RAID, reporting and financials, with clear measures of progress against targets, goals and budgets.
• Communicate openly and regularly with key stakeholders, in line with our Project Delivery Process.
• Win together by supporting colleagues, sharing knowledge and helping the team meet its goals.
• Think boldly by finding ways to improve how we deliver, and by making the most of opportunities with customers and vendors.
• Work in line with ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 standards.
