ASI Solutions in Australia is seeking a Project Coordinator to join our Services team. You will deliver client-facing and internal IT projects end to end, from infrastructure deployments to cloud migrations, cybersecurity initiatives and service transitions.

You will coordinate engineers, vendors and client stakeholders, manage RAID, reporting and budgets, and communicate openly with key stakeholders, aligning with our Delivery Process.

Competenze

• Experience coordinating and delivering multiple projects in a project coordination or similar role.
• Excellent time management, organisation and planning.
• Confidence managing internal and external stakeholders, including customers and vendors.
• Ability to drive and motivate a project team.
• Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding targets.
• Experience in a Managed Service Provider environment.
• An IT-related qualification, or equivalent practical experience.
• PMP, PRINCE2 or Agile (or interest in working towards these)

What you will be working on

Own the outcome. As Project Coordinator in our Services team, you'll make sure IT projects land on time, within budget and to a high standard. You will:
