Job summary

Talenza is seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to join a major cyber security transformation program in Sydney. You will drive project delivery, governance, and stakeholder engagement across multiple initiatives within a large enterprise.

In this role you will coordinate activities, manage schedules and deliverables, support governance forums and executive reporting, and maintain RAID registers. Strong organisational skills and proficiency with MS Office and project tooling are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a Project Coordinator, PMO Coordinator, or Project Administrator role.
• Background supporting technology, cyber security, or transformation programs.
• Strong organisational and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project activities, schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
• Support governance forums, steering committees, and executive reporting.
• Maintain RAID registers (risks, actions, issues, dependencies, and decisions).
• Prepare status reports, dashboards, and project documentation.
• Monitor project progress and identify potential delivery risks.
• Facilitate communication between project teams, stakeholders, and leadership.
