Job summary

Addictive Technology Solutions is seeking a hands-on IT support professional for Level 1-2 roles across Microsoft 365, Entra ID and Azure, plus networking, security and automation. You will engage in customer onboarding, migrations and technical projects while contributing to AI initiatives.

The role emphasizes troubleshooting beyond checklists, strong customer communication, and a willingness to learn new technologies within a fast-paced MSP environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 1 & 2 technical support and escalations.
• Support Microsoft 365, Entra ID and Azure environments.
• Work with networking, firewalls, DNS and cybersecurity.
• Handle customer onboarding, migrations and technical projects.
• Work with PowerShell, APIs and system integrations.
• Contribute to AI, automation and internal technology initiatives.
• Take ownership of technical problems, troubleshoot properly and see them through.
• Work across support and real customer projects.
