Job summary

Screenrights is building a dedicated IT Operations Analyst role to own day-to-day IT operations and create the processes, registers and documentation needed for a robust tech environment. You will be the hands-on operator supporting staff, managing a single intake channel, and driving improvements across asset, license, and access governance.

The role involves onboarding/offboarding, license management, vendor coordination, and maintaining a secure, auditable IT setup in a small, not-for-profit

Qualifications

• Two years in IT support, service desk or IT operations.
• Experience in small to mid-sized environments is a plus.
• Hands-on administration: users, groups, licences, mailboxes, workspace permissions and MFA.
• Familiarity with device management platforms and modern IT tooling.

Responsibilities

• Be the hands-on owner of day-to-day IT operations, reporting to the Lead DevSecOps Engineer.
• Serve as first point of contact for staff IT requests and incidents, establish a single intake channel and lightweight ticketing.
• Manage joiner–mover–leaver processes and access profiles before day one; ensure offboarding is complete.
• Build and maintain a subscription and licence register; conduct quarterly reviews; monitor IT spend with Finance.
• Manage vendors/contract renewals and maintain a central contract register.
• Oversee assets, endpoints and the server room, ensuring backups and security controls.
• Write runbooks and automate repetitive tasks; support security standards and audit readiness.
