ATSICHS Brisbane is seeking an IT Officer to join our IT department. This permanent full-time role focuses on providing advanced technical support to end-users, including hardware, software, and network issues, with emphasis on customer service and security.

The successful candidate will have at least 2 years in IT, a Certificate 4 in a relevant field, and strong skills in Microsoft 365, Windows Server, Networking, and Azure.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in an IT-related role.
• Proven knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows Server, Networking and Azure.
• Ability to empathise with users and provide effective solutions.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues with timely resolution.
• Perform routine maintenance and updates on IT systems, ensuring security and performance.
• Install and configure hardware and software; monitor access controls and backup solutions.
• Create and maintain documentation for IT systems and procedures; deliver service per SLA.
