ATSICHS Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Community Health Service Brisbane is hiring an IT Officer in Brisbane to deliver advanced end-user support across hardware, software and networks. You will perform maintenance, enforce security, install configurations, and document IT systems while aligning with the team SLA.

The role emphasizes customer service, collaboration, and staying current with technologies; a permanent full-time position with a strong social impact.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in similar IT related role.
• Certificate 4 in relevant field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365, Windows server, Networking, and Azure.
• In-depth knowledge of IT systems, software, and hardware.

Responsabilités

• Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues, ensuring timely resolution of requests and problems.
• Perform routine maintenance and updates on IT systems, ensuring optimal performance and security.
• Monitor and enforce IT security measures to protect data and systems.
• Install and configure hardware and software.
• Create and maintain documentation for IT systems, configurations, and procedures.
• Provide service delivery in line with the IT team's SLA with a focus on customer service.
