Job summary

ATSICHS Brisbane is seeking an IT Officer to provide advanced technical support to end-users within a not-for-profit health and community services organisation serving Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities in Brisbane and Logan.

The role demands technical expertise, problem solving, and outstanding customer service, with a permanent full-time position and a starting salary of $77,281 plus 12% super.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar IT role.
• Certificate 4 in relevant field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365, Windows server, Networking, and Azure.
• In-depth knowledge of IT systems, software, and hardware.
• Ability to empathise with users and provide solutions that meet their needs.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues, ensuring timely resolution of requests and problems.
• Perform routine maintenance and updates on IT systems, ensuring optimal performance and security.
• Monitor and enforce IT security measures to protect data and systems.
• Install and configure hardware and software.
• Create and maintain documentation for IT systems, configurations, and procedures.
• Provide service delivery in line with the IT team's SLA with a focus on customer service.
