Job summary

United Workers Union seeks an IT Officer to provide on‑site support in Perth and remote assistance across Australia. You will manage devices, MS 365, AD, and security tools, while delivering practical, user‑friendly solutions. Occasional interstate travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Proven front‑line IT support and helpdesk troubleshooting experience.
• Strong experience administering Microsoft 365, AD, DNS/DHCP, and group policies.
• Experience with virtualization (Hyper‑V) and Windows Server environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide on‑site IT support in Perth and remote support nationally.
• Manage Windows, macOS, and iOS devices and associated IT infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot networking, printers, and VOIP/telephony systems; maintain ITSM records.
