Redion ANZ is seeking an IT Systems and Infrastructure Specialist to serve as the primary technical authority for Australian operations. The role focuses on secure, resilient IT infrastructure, 3rd-level support, vendor risk management, and enterprise continuity planning.

You will work across governance, risk, and compliance, IT service management, cloud security, and BAU IT processes to ensure robust controls and reliable operations for the business in Australia.

Responsabilidades

• Act as the 3rd-level technical authority for REDION ANZ IT operations.
• Lead security posture assessments and recommend improvements.
• Maintain IT Service Management practices and SLA adherence.
• Support governance with APRA-aligned controls and frameworks CPS 230/232/234.
• Oversee IT risk assessments, incident management, and third-party audits.
• Manage identity access, endpoint security, and device policy enforcement.
• Provide design input for secure enterprise IT infrastructure and core systems.
• Coordinate disaster recovery planning and business continuity activities.
