Job summary

Cyient is seeking an Information Technology Infrastructure Team Lead in Australia to oversee IT systems, security and operations. You will manage deployment, maintenance, and incident response, coordinating with the Service Desk and vendors to ensure reliable service delivery.

Key responsibilities include server and endpoint administration (Windows and Linux), AD/GP management, patching, and budgeting for IT infra HW upgrades. You will work with Cyient customers on application access and issues.

• Experience with Active Directory and Group Policy.
• Experience with Nutanix AHV/Prism.

Responsibilities

• Provide IT infrastructure leadership and governance across the org.
• Oversee deployment of IT systems, maintenance, and operational support.
• Coordinate with Service Desk (Service Now) for requests, incidents and changes.
• Manage server hardware, AD accounts, and email provisioning for new joiners.
• Lead budget discussions and technology upgrades for IT infrastructure.
• Liaise with Cyient customers on application access and issues.
