Job summary

Brisbane Girls Grammar School is seeking a proactive IT Helpdesk Support Officer to join our team on a full-time, ongoing basis. You will be the key contact for staff and students, resolving desktop, mobile, and learning technology issues and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Working with the IT Services team under the IT Services Operations Manager, you will support core school activities and examinations, follow established procedures, and help maintain high service standards in a dynamic

Qualifications

Tertiary qualifications in Information Technology or related field.
Experience supporting Microsoft Windows and Apple desktop operating systems.
Experience with Android, Apple iOS and emerging mobile platforms.
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to follow protocols and standard operating procedures.
Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
Strong communication skills and stakeholder engagement capability.

Responsibilities

Provide timely IT helpdesk support to staff and students across desktop, mobile, and learning technologies.
Respond to IT requests and maintain day-to-day operations.
Assist in IT projects and support critical school activities including examinations.
Collaborate with IT team and report to IT Services Operations Manager.
