Job summary

Clayfield College, a leading independent school in Brisbane, is seeking an ICT Support Officer to manage the helpdesk and provide level 1–2 support across the College. The role covers hardware, software, networks, and cloud systems, with training staff and students on the College ICT environment.

Applicants should have post-secondary qualifications and proven ICT Helpdesk experience, strong communication, and the ability to work independently or in a team.

Qualifications

• Experience in ICT Helpdesk and user support across staff, students and parents.
• Familiarity with modern device management and school ICT systems.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve hardware, software and network issues promptly.

Responsibilities

• Operate the ICT Helpdesk to log, prioritise and resolve incidents and service requests.
• Provide customer-focused support to staff, students and parents with clear communication.
• Onboard/offboard accounts and assist with device management and software deployment.
• Support Schoolbox LMS, classroom AV and events needing ICT assistance.
• Maintain ICT assets and collaborate with colleagues to resolve issues.
