Job summary
Redox is seeking an IT Helpdesk Support Officer to join the head office in Minto, South-West Sydney. You will support internal users across desktops, laptops, printers, and software suites, working within a Windows Active Directory environment with the latest Microsoft technologies.
Role includes on-site and remote work after probation, with opportunities to participate in hardware/software upgrades and cross-site projects. Strong customer service and IT fundamentals are essential.
Qualifications
- Customer service-focused IT helpdesk role experience
- Tertiary IT qualification or relevant certs
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft technologies and platforms
Responsibilities
- Answer calls and monitor IT helpdesk queues
- Triage requests, provide 1st/2nd line support
- Log and close tickets in Zendesk
- User adds/moves/changes in IT systems
- Install and maintain OS/software; assist with procurement
- Write technical docs and How-To guides
