Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field preferred.
• 2+ years in IT support, with network focus advantageous.
• Strong problem solving and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain organisation networks and computer systems.
• Install, configure, diagnose hardware/software faults, and resolve issues.
• Provide frontline IT support to users remotely or in person.
• Maintain network security tools and documentation/logs.
• Respond to connectivity issues and manage network servers.
• Create user accounts and manage password issues.
• Prioritise multiple open cases and document resolutions.
• Evaluate new technology and tools.
