Job summary

Iron Mountain is seeking an IT Field Technician for Sydney-based, ongoing casual contracts. You will perform end-to-end PC rollouts, imaging, data migrations and post-install support, interfacing with government stakeholders and ensuring high-quality service.

The role requires strong Windows/Office 365 knowledge, large-scale deployment experience, a detail-oriented and professional approach, and familiarity with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow. In-person work across NSW is expected.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with Windows 10/11 and Office 365.
• Experience in large-scale deployments or desktop support.
• Strong communication with government stakeholders.
• High attention to detail and professional appearance.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end PC rollouts and hardware installations.
• SOE imaging, data migrations and profile transfers.
• Install and configure computer equipment and peripherals.
• Fault diagnosis and post-installation support.
• Manage tasks and documentation via ServiceNow.
