Job summary

Iron Mountain is looking for an IT Field Technician to support government and commercial clients from a Sydney base, with ongoing casual opportunities in Brisbane and the Sunshine Coast.

You will execute end-to-end PC rollouts, perform SOE imaging and data migrations, install and configure equipment, and provide post-install support, using ServiceNow for ticketing. Strong Windows 10/11 and Office 365 skills are essential, plus professional communication with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in large-scale deployments or desktop support.
• Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 and Office 365.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to interface with government stakeholders.
• High attention to detail and professional appearance.
• Experience with ServiceNow or similar ITSM ticketing tools.

IT Field Technician – Sydney based

Iron Mountain is a premier ICT Services supplier to State & Federal Government Departments and major commercial clients across Australia. We are seeking experienced IT Field Technicians for ongoing casual contracts in Brisbane. You will be the face of our service delivery, performing essential hardware refreshes and technical support.

What You’ll Do

In this role you will:

• Execute end-to-end PC rollouts and hardware installations.
