Join Eaton as Engineering Manager to lead a team of Application Engineers across Australia and New Zealand, delivering innovative Power Quality solutions that meet customer, regulatory and business requirements.

You will drive technical excellence, strengthen engineering processes, and build a high-performing team that supports Eaton's growth in critical power applications including UPS, batteries and monitoring software.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in critical power or related electrical infrastructure environments.
• Minimum 3 years leading and developing technical engineering teams.
• Tertiary qualifications in Electrical Engineering.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with authority.
• Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Application Engineers across Australia and New Zealand.
• Provide technical leadership on standards, grid connection, product compliance and regulations.
• Oversee complex bids, specifications, and customer presentations for UPS, batteries, DC systems, and monitoring software.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product Management, Project Management, Software and Services teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Coordinate with overseas factories and global teams to resolve issues and align requirements.
