Job summary

Asha Solutions is looking for an IT Business/Systems Analyst to translate business needs into clear technical requirements, support the systems that meet them, and work with stakeholders and delivery teams to get the right solutions built, tested and adopted.

You will elicit, analyse and document requirements, write user stories and use cases, model processes, and collaborate with developers, architects and testers in agile environments to ensure the delivered solutions meet expectations.

Qualifications

Gather and document requirements using workshops, interviews and process modelling.
Write user stories, acceptance criteria and functional specifications.
Familiar with Agile (Scrum/Kanban) and Waterfall delivery approaches.
Experience with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Visio or Lucidchart.

Responsibilities

Elicit, analyse and document business and functional requirements through workshops, interviews and process reviews.
Write user stories, acceptance criteria, use cases and process maps for developers and testers.
Analyse current-state processes and identify gaps with business case
Act as the link between business, IT, vendors and project managers.
Prioritise requests, manage scope changes and expectations.
Present findings and recommendations to technical and non-technical audiences.
Collaborate with developers, architects and testers to shape solution designs.
Support agile ceremonies including backlog refinement and sprint planning.
Plan and run user acceptance testing and triage defects.
Analyse data flows, integrations and interfaces between applications.
