Job summary

healthAbility is seeking an IT Helpdesk & Endpoint Support Officer to join our onsite team in Melbourne. You will deliver Level 1/2 support for desktops, laptops, mobiles, printers, and meeting room tech, while maintaining secure access and documented processes.

You will manage SOE images, patching, MDM provisioning, and device lifecycle, working with ITIL-aligned processes to keep services performing and compliant.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in IT or related field; minimum 2 years in helpdesk/service desk.
• Experience with Windows endpoints, MDM, and Azure AD/Intune is required.
• Strong customer-focused communication and ITIL-aligned incident handling.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 1/2 IT support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and room systems.
• Manage incidents via ITSM with timely updates and clear SLAs.
• Escalate complex issues with diagnostics to IT Manager or vendors.
• Administer SOE, imaging, and endpoint provisioning for new starters/leavers.
• Maintain security, access controls, and documentation across Microsoft Entra ID and AD.
