Job summary

Mineral Resources is seeking an organised IT Support and Asset Officer to help minimise costs through asset standardisation and robust tracking. You will maintain records for hardware and software assets, provide technical support on IT assets, and collaborate with internal teams and external partners.

The role focuses on procurement, build, deployment, maintenance and retirement of IT assets, with emphasis on accuracy, vendor coordination, and lifecycle governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level IT qualification or equivalent.
• IT asset management experience.
• Experience with procurement, build, and deployment of IT assets.
• Strong data accuracy and record-keeping.

Responsibilities

• Manage IT asset lifecycle from procurement to retirement.
• Maintain asset database accuracy and perform audits.
• Coordinate device redeployment and decommissioning.
• Provide first-line technical support for IT assets.
