Job summary

AnglicareSA is seeking an IT Asset Administrator to coordinate asset lifecycles, from purchasing to disposal, ensuring records are accurate and assets are available when needed. This role sits in the Technology & Information team and welcomes applicants from asset management, procurement, finance or administration backgrounds; strong Excel and Office skills are essential.

You’ll work with Finance, Procurement, Technology teams, vendors and staff to maintain records, support purchasing processes

Qualifications

• Experience in asset management, administration, procurement, purchasing, finance administration, or inventory control.
• Experience maintaining databases and asset registers.
• Experience raising Purchase Orders and processing invoices.
• Strong MS Office skills, particularly Excel.
• Excellent organisation and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and ability to work with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate records of assets and inventory in asset management systems.
• Support purchasing processes, including Purchase Orders and invoice tracking.
• Coordinate asset allocation, tracking, recovery and disposal.
• Reconcile physical inventory against asset registers and contribute to audits.
• Support accounts payable activities and vendor coordination.
• Provide guidance on asset and purchasing processes.
• Collaborate with Finance, Procurement, Technology teams, vendors and staff.
