Job summary

John Holland Group is seeking an IT Analyst - People Systems to analyse and configure our People applications, with a focus on SuccessFactors. You will support improvement, optimisation and enterprise data across EC, ONB2.0, LMS, RCM, Performance & Goals, Succession, and ELO DMS, while preparing for future ECP payroll.

You will collaborate with Technology teams to manage integrations, security, testing and escalation, delivering reliable, scalable People systems aligned with business needs.

Qualifications

• A relevant tertiary qualification at Bachelor level or equivalent.
• Significant experience with SuccessFactors and SAP SuccessFactors EC certification.
• Experience developing solutions for changes in SuccessFactors and exposure to SDLC.
• Strong problem-solving and solution-focused capabilities.
• Ability to self-manage, prioritise and handle multiple requirements.

Responsibilities

• Review requested changes to People applications and estimate effort for implementation.
• Manage People systems integrations and document changes with Technology teams.
• Deliver People systems security, auditing and action plans for improvement.
• Manage full-cycle People systems testing with Technology teams.
• Provide specialist configuration and escalated support across SuccessFactors modules (EC, ONB2.0, LMS, RCM, Performance & Goals, Succession) and ELO DMS, plus future ECP.

Job description

As IT Analyst - People Systems, you’ll provide expert systems analysis and configuration to support the ongoing improvement, optimisation and support of John Holland’s People applications, systems and enterprise data.

With a key focus on the SuccessFactors HCM platform and its modules, you’ll help ensure our People systems continue to effectively support business needs.

This role can be based in Melbourne or Sydney.

What you will do

• Review requested changes to People applications, develop potential solutions and estimate the effort required for implementation.
• Manage People systems integrations, including documentation, changes and the setup of new integrations in conjunction with relevant Technology teams.
• Deliver People systems security and auditing, including reviews of system security, data integrity and transactional changes, and develop action plans to drive continuous improvement and optimise functionality.
• Manage full-cycle People systems testing, including the development and execution of testing for People processes in conjunction with relevant Technology teams.
• Provide specialist configuration and escalated support across the People Systems application landscape, with a key focus on SuccessFactors modules including Employee Central (EC), Onboarding 2.0 (ONB2.0), Compensation, Learning Management System (LMS), Recruiting Management (RCM), Performance & Goals and Succession, as well as ELO Document Management and future SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP).

What we are looking for

• Experience developing solutions for changes in SuccessFactors, with exposure to the software development lifecycle.
