Qualifications

• Experience in IT Service Desk or Help Desk roles.
• Exposure to Windows operating systems and Microsoft 365.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working with laptops, desktops, printers and end-user devices.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• A positive, proactive and team-oriented attitude.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level IT support to end users.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, desktop and printer issues.
• Support Microsoft 365 applications and services.
• Assist with password resets, account administration and user access requests.
• Log, prioritise and manage support tickets through the ITSM system.
• Escalate complex issues while maintaining clear documentation.
• Assist with hardware deployments, upgrades and software installations.
• Support remote users and VPN connectivity.
• Contribute to asset management and technology lifecycle activities.
• Promote cybersecurity awareness and IT best practices.
