Confidential in Australia is seeking an IT Support role focused on helping employees maximize workplace technology and resolving day-to-day IT issues. You will provide technical assistance across onsite and remote environments, troubleshoot devices and software, and help with setup and deployment.

You will support Microsoft 365 and common business applications, with a focus on clear communication and customer service.
