Job summary

NHS Highland is seeking an organised, proactive Facilities Support Manager to support the delivery of high-quality Facilities services across Broadford Hospital and satellite sites.

This Band 5 post attracts a salary of £34,543.38 to £43,039.53 per annum. The post is based at Broadford Hospital, with duties including line management of Team Leads and Facilities Supervisors, and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Experience of staff supervision or management.
• Knowledge of HACCP and COSHH.
• Ability to plan and prioritise in a busy environment.
• Familiar with digital reporting and service databases.

Responsibilities

• Lead Facilities team and supervise staff.
• Coordinate services across Broadford Isle of Skye sites.
• Ensure compliance with safety and cleaning standards.
• Produce reports and use PECOS/SSTS/TURAS/iMatter.
