Southern NSW Local Health District is seeking a Health Manager to oversee the maintenance of buildings, grounds, plant and equipment at South East Regional Hospital. This permanent full-time role requires leadership, planning and a focus on safe, compliant facilities.

You will lead trades staff and contractors, manage priorities with limited supervision and support a positive patient and community experience across rural health services in the SNSWLHD region.

Formación

• Experience supervising upkeep of buildings, grounds, plant and equipment in healthcare facilities.
• Knowledge of current health care standards and guidelines.
• Proven leadership and people management skills.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication abilities.
• Ability to work with limited supervision and prioritise tasks.
• ICT skills including Microsoft Office and relevant databases.
