Job summary

Responsibilities

• Manage and co-ordinate Team Lead's diary.
• Coordinate meetings and other events.
• Prioritise incoming non-clinical workload.
• Compile meeting agendas and accompanying paperwork.
• Transcribe documents and manage file systems.
• Prioritise email inbox.
• Submit departmental returns, reports and correspondence.
• Answer general queries.
