Job summary

Kyabram District Health Service is seeking a Support Services Manager to lead Environmental Services, Patient Services, Porters, Laundry, and Food Services including Procurement. The role reports to the Corporate Services Director and requires strong leadership and governance across a multi-site hospital.

The role emphasizes maintaining safe, hygienic, and efficient operations, with a focus on customer service, budget adherence, and adherence to Health Share Victoria policies.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee Environmental Services, Patient Services, Porters, Laundry, Food Services (including Cafe) and Procurement.
• Ensure cleanliness, safety, and regulatory compliance across departments.
• Lead regular team meetings and escalate complex issues to the Corporate Services Director.
• Maintain relationships with HealthShare Victoria for procurement compliance.
• Contribute to KDHS Leadership Team aligned with Purpose and Values.
