Job summary

Australian Commission on Safety and Quality in Health Care in Sydney CBD NSW is seeking an APS6 Project Officer for Infection Prevention and Control. The role supports the IPC program and ensures operation of online systems and currency of resources.

You will coordinate a help desk, manage user databases, provide user training, and liaise with stakeholders to deliver system improvements. Hybrid office/home arrangement with regular office presence.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing high-volume online customer management systems (>200k users).
• Experience in online learning systems management.
• Experience in systems mapping, including user stories and systems migration.
• Ability to communicate effectively to clinical or student end users and IT vendors.
• Experience in providing systems training to others.
• Ability to produce online user support materials for diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the operation of a help desk service, including ticket triage, escalation and rostering.
• Document and communicate how admins and health professionals use online systems.
• Maintain up-to-date user databases and provide user support.
• Manage contracts and contract deliverables for online systems.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders about system operation and improvement.
• Prepare regular help desk performance reporting and maintain support resources.
• Collaborate with team members and other program teams, including secretariat support.
• Perform other duties including assistance with reception and corporate functions.
