Job summary

Australian Commission on Safety and Quality in Health Care in Sydney NSW is seeking an APS6 Project Officer for Infection Prevention and Control. Qualifications

• Experience managing high-volume online customer management systems (>200k users).
• Experience managing online learning systems.
• Experience in systems mapping, including user stories and systems migration.
• Able to communicate effectively with clinical staff, students and IT vendors.
• Able to produce online user support materials for diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate operation of a help desk service, including daily ticket triage and rostering.
• Document how admins and health professionals use the online systems; create user journeys.
• Maintain up-to-date user databases.
• Provide system user support and staff training on online systems.
• Manage contracts and deliverables related to the online systems.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders about system operation and improvement.
• Coordinate and prepare regular help desk performance reporting.
• Maintain currency of support resources.
• Collaborate with team members and other program teams; provide admin/secretariat support.
• Other duties including projects and reception support.
