The Commission in Sydney is seeking an APS6 Project Officer, Infection Prevention and Control, to support online systems that underpin infection prevention initiatives and data reporting. The role focuses on running the help desk, user support, and system improvement across clinical and student users.

You will coordinate training and document workflows, maintaining user databases and contracts, while collaborating with IPC program teams.

Formación

• Experience managing high-volume online customer management systems (>200k users).
• Experience managing online learning systems.
• Experience in systems mapping, including user stories and migrations.
• Able to communicate clearly with clinical or student end users and IT vendors.
• Able to produce online user support materials for varied audiences.
• CV summarising relevant experience and qualifications.
• A statement addressing the six selection criteria (≤100 words per criteria).

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate the operation of a help desk service with daily ticket triage and second-level escalation.
• Document how administrators and health professionals use online systems (user journeys).
• Maintain up-to-date user databases.
• Provide support and training to Commission staff on system operation.
• Manage contracts and deliverables for the online systems.
• Liaise with stakeholders on system operation and improvements.
• Coordinate and prepare regular help desk performance reporting.
• Maintain currency of support resources.
• Collaborate with team and program areas; provide admin and secretariat support as needed.
• Perform other duties including reception support.
