EDU Holdings Limited is expanding and seeks International Course Advisors to support enrolments from prospective international students at Adelaide, Sydney or Melbourne campuses. You will convert leads from inquiries into enrolled students across EDU’s VET, ALG, or Ikon programs, guiding study pathways and providing detailed course information.

Qualifications

• Bachelor qualification or higher.
• At least 3 years experience in a sales role within the International Market of Higher Education.
• Proven ability to nurture leads from first contact to conversion and build long-term client relationships.
• Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, or other CRM systems.
• IT literacy, particularly Microsoft Office.
• Strong presentation skills for delivering engaging and informative sessions.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
• High-level understanding of key requirements of relevant regulatory frameworks, especially the Higher Education Standards Framework (Threshold Standards) 2021.
• Positive attitude, results-focused, and strong attention to detail.
• A valid drivers license and a personal vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Engage with prospective students and guide them in selecting the most appropriate course and study pathway.
• Support and nurture prospective student leads.
• Provide accurate information and advice on EDU’s courses and enrolment policies to prospective students.
• Assist prospective students in completing their enrolment and collaborate with the Admissions team to obtain additional information.
• Provide feedback on market trends and potential opportunities for partnerships and enrolments.
• Gather feedback from prospective students and field interactions, reporting insights to the Manager, and Course Advisors.
• Record accurate data in the CRM system in a timely manner.
• Prepare operational reports on the performance of the lead funnel, identifying relevant issues.
• Organise and deliver 'Product Discovery' sessions with academic staff and other relevant stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and assist in implementing changes.
