Job summary

Crommelin in Brisbane is seeking a motivated Internal Sales / Warehouse Coordinator to join the team in Banyo. The role blends customer service, internal sales support and hands-on warehousing to ensure smooth order processing and on-time deliveries.

You will manage stock, coordinate despatch, respond to product inquiries, and work with the Sales team to maintain high service levels while keeping accurate records and maintaining a safe orderly warehouse.

Qualifications

• Experience in internal sales, customer service or warehouse operations.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise competing tasks.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
• Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
• A proactive, practical approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• The physical capability to undertake hands-on warehouse duties, including lifting and moving goods safely.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, keeping customers and internal teams informed throughout the order process.
• Respond to customer enquiries regarding product availability, pricing, deliveries and order status.
• Provide product information and advice to customers.
• Coordinate with the Sales team to support customer requirements and ensure a high level of service.
• Monitor and track shipments to ensure orders are delivered on schedule.
• Coordinate day-to-day warehouse activities, including stock management, picking, packing and despatch.
• Organise deliveries and freight arrangements.
• Coordinate stock transfers with Crommelin Head Office to maintain appropriate local stock levels.
• Monitor inventory levels, maintain accurate stock records and report any discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate records of orders, stock movements and warehouse activities.
• Help maintain a safe, tidy and well-organised warehouse.
