Job summary

HEQS Pty Ltd. in Queensland is seeking a hands-on Operations Coordinator to manage our warehouse operations on site, from receiving to dispatch. This role focuses on practical coordination in a busy warehousing environment rather than desk work.

You will lead outbound shipments, organise labour, ensure safety, and support both operations and customer service with accurate data entry in our CRM system.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising or coordinating in a warehouse, freight, or distribution environment.
• Experience with warehousing stock control (receiving, put-away, cycle counting and inventory accuracy) preferred.
• Highly organised and self motivated.
• Well presented with customer service skills.
• Able to work across a multi faceted and dynamic supply chain.
• Able to work as part of a team and independently.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate outbound orders and freight, ensuring timely deliveries.
• Manage weekly run sheets and labour requirements.
• Ensure safety, training, and compliance with procedures.
• Provide customer and administrative support and CRM updates.
