Job summary

BCP Media in Brisbane, Queensland seeks a reliable warehouse assistant to support picking, packing, and dispatching orders, along with invoicing and general admin.

You will maintain stock accuracy, coordinate couriers, process invoices, and assist with stocktakes in a busy, friendly team environment. Prior warehouse experience is essential and you’ll learn our product range and systems on the job.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse or dispatch experience is essential.
• Strong computer skills and a careful, organised approach to your work.
• Excellent attention to detail, particularly when checking products, quantities and order paperwork.
• A reliable, punctual approach and a strong work ethic.
• A positive attitude and willingness to help across a small team.
• Confidence using Microsoft Office and learning business systems.
• Clear, professional communication with customers, suppliers and colleagues.
• The ability to work independently, prioritise tasks and adapt when urgent orders arise.
• The ability to safely lift and move cartons and warehouse stock as part of daily duties.
• Experience with MYOB, inventory management, customer service or working in a small business will be highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Picking, checking, packing and dispatching customer orders.
• Receiving and inspecting incoming goods.
• Keeping stock organised, correctly labelled and accurately recorded.
• Coordinating couriers and preparing freight quotes.
• Participating in stocktakes and operating warehouse equipment, including a walkie stacker.
• Processing customer and supplier invoices.
• Assisting customers with stock availability and order enquiries.
• Updating customer records and product information.
• Coordinating hardware service returns and assisting with general administration.
• Maintaining a clean, organised and safe warehouse.
