Stratco is seeking an Internal Sales Team Member for our Ormeau location, working within the Trade team and reporting to the Internal Sales Manager. This is a full-time position with Monday–Friday hours.

You will process and enter orders, expand product knowledge, and deliver outstanding service to Trade customers. You will liaise with manufacturing, logistics, and the field sales team to support orders and customer satisfaction.

Competenze

• Desirable – experience in the building or construction industry
• Passionate about creating brand loyalty and customer relationships
• An eye for detail and order entry, with a sense of urgency to achieve results
• Strong and stable record in phone or face to face customer service and/or sales
• Willingness to enhance the customer experience by working with enthusiasm, energy, and pace
• While experience is great, it’ll be your passion, reliable attitude and personality that set you apart

THE OPPORTUNITY

An exciting opportunity has become available for an Internal Sales Team Member based in Ormeau. This position involves working as part of our collaborative Trade team - reporting to the Internal Sales Manager.

This is a full time role – working Monday – Friday.
