Job summary

Stratco, an Australian-owned innovator in building and renovation solutions, is seeking an Internal Sales Coordinator at our Canning Vale site. You will support trade customers, process orders quickly and accurately, and keep sales operations running like clockwork.

You will collaborate with estimating, manufacturing, and the external sales team, delivering high levels of customer engagement and service while upholding Stratco's values and safety culture.

Qualifications

• Strong administrative and multitasking abilities.
• Experience in customer service or internal sales, ideally in outdoors/building/hardware sectors.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with customers at all levels.
• Professional drive, self-motivation and results-oriented attitude.
• Proficient computer skills and fast, accurate data entry.

Responsibilities

• Enter and process orders from inbound customers (telephone and email).
• Provide outstanding customer service to Trade customers.
• Liaise with internal departments such as estimating and manufacturing, plus external sales team.

We’re looking for a proactive Internal Sales Coordinator to be the heartbeat of our sales operations—supporting our valued trade customers, processing orders with speed and accuracy, and keeping everything running like clockwork.

The Opportunity

As part of our internal sales team, and located at our Canning Vale location, you will provide an exceptional level of customer engagement and service, process orders and collaborate with our external sales team!

Responsibilities

• Enter and process orders from inbound customers (telephone and email)


• Providing outstanding customer service to our Trade customers


• Liaising with internal departments such as estimating and manufacturing, as well as our external sales team


• Adherence to our critical safety values and contributing to a safe working environment

About you

We’re looking for a team player who is self-motivated, practical and customer-focused, with the following skills and attributes;

• Strong organisational and admin skills, with the ability to multitask


• Previous experience in customer service or internal sales, preferably from within the outdoors, building or hardware sectors


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to deal confidently with customers at all levels


• A high level of professional drive and motivation


• Good computer literacy
