Job summary

Stratco Ormeau seeks a People & Performance Coordinator to support recruitment, onboarding and HR administration within manufacturing, logistics, retail and corporate teams.

You'll work closely with leaders to deliver a positive employee experience and contribute to a collaborative workplace culture. Office-based, Monday–Friday, this role offers hands-on HR exposure and opportunities to grow within a respected Australian manufacturer.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR administration, recruitment coordination, office administration or a similar support role.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A customer-focused approach and the ability to build strong relationships.
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook, Word and Excel.
• A professional, proactive and confidential approach to your work.
• A genuine interest in building a career in Human Resources.
• Experience working within manufacturing, logistics, warehousing, construction, trades or other operational environments will be highly regarded.
• Qualifications or studies in Human Resources, Business or a related discipline are desirable.

• Coordinating onboarding and offboarding processes and general people administration

• Preparing employment documentation and correspondence

THE OPPORTUNITY

Due to growth, we have an exciting full-time opportunity for a People & Performance Coordinator to join our Ormeau team. Reporting to the People & Performance Business Partner, you will support recruitment, onboarding, employee lifecycle activities, HRadministrationand people-focused initiatives. Working closely with leaders and employees across manufacturing,logistics,retailand corporate teams, you will help deliver a positive employee experience and contribute to a supportive workplace culture.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
